Inquiry

We are tuning in for our new unit. The first tasks was to define environment. We wrote our initial definition then used a number of sources to compare the definition. Then as a class we wrote a class definition. Next we are comparing class definitions.

Measuring

We worked in groups of three to measure parts of our playground. We used a variety of measuring tools. The trundle wheels were the most fun. We are learning to convert mm,cm and m.

NRL Clinic

Representatives from NRL have worked with Year 3 to develop their skills in ball handling, body control and dodging. We are looking forward to our next session. The drills keep everyone busy and are lots of fun.
