Maths
In Maths we have been exploring number. We are counting forwards and backwards for mental computation and ordering numbers. We have played some online games from the Woodlands Kent Maths site like Shark Numbers and Spooky Sequences. We have played the bundling game and completed a task sheet with our number. Our next challenge is to work with bigger numbers.
Our Experiment
As part of our work with Procedure we tested which solids dissolve in cold water. What was the result?
Burning Palms
Year 3 were very lucky to have the opportunity to watch Father Richard burning the palms from Palm Sunday to make the ashes for Ash Wednesday.
